Items are shipped within 5-7 days of receiving the order.
We generally do not accept returns at this time, but if there is an issue please email us at email@example.com with the problem and we will work towards finding a solution that works for everyone.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If you have damaged goods, please send us photos with a description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you'd like to exchange the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at email@example.com. Once approved, you will have 7 days to return the item back to us -- Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
